The founder and teams of Maxpower company has more than 30 years’ experience for designing, manufacturing and sales for construction machinery, from 1990s, they worked for the international famous construction machinery company in China, since 2004, the team was separated from the company and has developed his products range from Mini size to large mining excavator. From 2015, the team recognized Jining Maxpower Construction Machinery Company, developed the products such as rotary drilling rig, piledriver, material handling machinery etc. As the professional company, we can provide wheel loaders, bulldozers and wheel excavators for supporting our customers. During these years, Maxpower has exported its products to more than 30 countries in the world.
The company was established in November 2015.
In 2016, products were exported to the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
In 2017, the company opened a new factory, exporting products to South America, Africa, and some regions of Russia and West Asia. The products were launched in three phases and sold domestically, marking the company's entry into the domestic market.
In 2018, the company's products began to be fully deployed domestically, receiving AAA-level credit unit certification and passing quality and environmental system certifications. It was approved as a national high-tech enterprise, and the ERP system was implemented for comprehensive intelligent management and control of the production process.
In 2019, a supplier quality exchange conference was held, with ship-mounted excavators being sold to Southeast Asia. Pure electric excavators entered the domestic market, and the expansion of the production line for 1,000 excavators per year was completed. The company was recognized as one of the top 50 specialized manufacturers of China's construction machinery.
In 2020, hybrid excavators, material handlers, steel grabbers, and rotary drilling rigs successively entered the market. The company was awarded the four-star on-site management enterprise of the year, recognized as a specialized and innovative enterprise at the municipal level, and received the title of a famous brand product in Jining.
In 2021, the first remote-controlled intelligent excavation machine was rolled off the production line, and in May, a dual-power excavator using both electric and diesel energy was certified to meet international advanced standards. In September 2021, we successfully passed the integration of informatization and industrialization standards, and underwent a re-evaluation of the quality, environmental safety, and occupational health management systems, earning the title of a provincial-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise.
At the beginning of 2022, over 60 vehicles for foreign aid were shipped in a concentrated manner. This year, we have been awarded the municipal-level Gazelle Enterprise, municipal-level Climbing Enterprise, and the Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. Under the severe circumstances of the pandemic, the company's production capacity has doubled compared to the target set in 2021.
2023 is the Year of Improving Quality and Efficiency for the Company. The new energy lithium battery excavator ME560-EV has successfully rolled off the production line and has been delivered. Stay true to our original intentions and innovate to break through, forging ahead to achieve the established goals for high-quality development set at the beginning of the year.
The years 2024-2026 hold great promise, laying a solid foundation for the company's public listing.
